A revamp re-revamp?

 

So, last week I wrote about this table.

I said it worked for me. I guess I lied. I looked at it for 24 hours before I couldn’t stand it anymore. The purple was too much; and the stripes too thin and too few.

I sanded the purple lines to smooth them out and prevent ridges from the deferent layers of paint. Then, I painted the top with flat white again.

Taped off the stripes, and painted with the same black+white=gray mixture I used on this table.

Gave it a coat of spray lacquer.

 

 

I love how it turned out!
